I have heard many complaints every day about the "unfairness" of politics in corporate America. The employees say that their managers "lie" or issue "personal attacks" against them. In fact, based on the pure ideals that we have learned as a child, this case turns out to be. However, the company is not the "real world" we live in our personal lives.
